What Can You Eat as a Vegan? Shopping Cart #1

A very common question is based on the fear that possibly little to no enjoyable food remains left once deciding to ditch animal-based products. Truth is, you will discover vast lands of previously unknown edible plants as much as realizing that a majority of the food you have been consuming all along has been accidentally vegan already. No need to purchase fancy, exotic fruits or the like; tofu, meat-substitutes also merely optional.

I often do my groceries at an Asian importer that gathers food from Arab and East Asian countries. You might stumble upon price advantages and find a huge variation of interesting herbs and spices.
