Vegan Coconut Cocoa Balls

Preparation time: 12 minutes

Baking time: 10 minutes (optional)

Ingredients:

50g nuts (e.g. pecan)

100g oats

50ml apple syrup

50g cocoa powder

coconut flakes


Put all ingredients into the blender and adjust the quantities accordingly to the mass' consistency. It is supposed to be a very stiff mass that you may form eventually. You can add tiny bits of water to obtain the perfect composition. Once you have the stiff mass, form little balls and roll them across the coconut flakes.


You can serve the balls in a raw fashion and applaud by eating some utterly delicious raw vegan snack. Or put them into the oven at around 150°C for some 10 minutes.
