1 quarter bell pepper

1 cherry tomato

1 quarter small onion

4 slices of cucumber

rocket salad leaves


Only Germans will know the beauty of starting your day with some fine Brötchen in the morning. Those who ventured to Germany may know as well. As a vegan, I get asked what I could possibly enjoy on this bun-like piece of bread. Supermarkets actually flood the vegan industry with an assortment of different dips and spreads. However, most of the time I keep it simply colorful. To add something special to "just" raw vegetables in your morning, you can briefly fry the bell pepper with sumac.
