Chickpea Curry with Celery

Ingredients:

1 onion

2 carrots

1 bell pepper

2 sticks of celery

4 hot peppers

1 teaspoon masala paste

1 teaspoon curry powder

300ml oat milk

300g chickpeas


Sauté small onion pieces with sunflower oil and salt.

Dice carrots and celery, cut hot and bell pepper into stripes.

Add them and sauté them with some more oil.

Add masala paste and curry powder.

Add Oat milk and fuel it up for a few seconds before boiling at a lower temperature.

After 10 minutes, add chickpeas and keep boiling at a lower temperature for some 25 minutes.


Serve with toasted bread, raw celery leaves on top and share with someone who travels the spicy road!
