Baked Potatoes With Vegan Tzatziki

5-7 potatoes


1/8 zucchini


100g sugar-free soy yogurt

1/8 cucumber

1 clove of garlic



1/8 bell pepper

Dice the potatoes into dices, cover them in olive oil and dukkah and shove into oven at around 200°C for some 40 minutes. Slice the zucchini and fry with sumac. Mix the soy yogurt with balsamico, olive oil, dill, grate cucumber, squeeze the garlic and cut into tiny fragments. There goes the cruelty-free Tzatziki. Add some bell pepper sticks with olive oil.

Bon appétit! Never again udder juice required to have some delicious tzatziki.
